Packaging Requirements
Follow the steps below to ensure all materials and labeling are provided before sending your package out to Bea. By closely following these procedures, you can be sure that your sentimental items will be protected and returned with love.

Gather Materials
Whether you are purchasing a tote bag or pillow case, gather all shirts or jeans into one package to be shipped to Bea.

Tote Bags ONLY
If you are purchasing a tote bag to be created out of a loved one's pair of jeans (or long pants), please be sure to use a needle and thread and make a mark on the jeans (like the X on the pockets in the picture to the right). You can choose any shape, style, and color of thread, so long as there is a designated mark to ensure your materials are labeled specifically for you. This is in an effort to protect your items from getting lost, misplaced, or mixed in with another order.

We recommend that you take pictures of the markings. We will not remove these markings in the creation of your tote bag.

Ship Materials
Please place all items in one box and ship them to Bea at the following P.O. Box:

Within 12-14 days after receiving your shipment, Bea will transform your loved one's sentimental clothing into a healing memory keepsake and ship it back to your preferred address
